My name is Kamala Nellen.

I’m a performance coach and consultant and a published author, with a strong background in spirituality and yoga.

Throughout my forty years of working with high achievers across many walks of life, I have a proven track record of empowering driven people to increase performance and reach their goals using time-proven practices and techniques to address the inevitable body, mind, and life challenges that come up, while also strengthening their sense of personal well-being.

I’ve also written a book about my work with athletes to support high-performance goals which arose from a development program for athletes I created in 1999.

The goal of a session with Kamala Nellen is to offer you tools to address your specified performance challenges, and skills to navigate the performance track so you can stay resilient along the way.

Kamala has had many years of working with the body and mind, of navigating big and small life changes, and facing performance challenges. She will loan you her eyes and ears to help you access areas inside yourself that will allow you to answer your most important questions. She will offer you skills so you can be free to perform that way you know you can.
