Welcome!
My name is Kamala Nellen.
I’m a performance coach and a published author, with a strong background in spirituality and yoga.
Throughout my forty years of working with high achievers across many walks of life, I have a proven track record of empowering driven people to increase performance and reach their goals using time-proven practices and techniques to address the inevitable body, mind, and life challenges that come up, while also strengthening their sense of personal well-being.
I’ve also written a book about my work with athletes to support high-performance goals.
If you are results-driven and willing to do whatever it takes to reach your goals, I’d love to work with you.

Working In
“Kamala Nellen's book, ‘Working In: The Elite Athlete's Guide to Working Out From The Inside’ gets 5 Stars! This book is a must-read for anyone. The best book for understanding yourself, dealing with stress, seeing and setting your goals, and achieving them through a combination of detailed basic Yoga, and life counseling in general; not just addressing athletic goal attainment. All this in 110 pages is wonderful.” —Howard F.
“‘Working In’ helps bring and focus the ‘whole’ person to our endeavors. It illuminates the missing link to realize ‘Peak’ Performance. —Peter M
